EDSE depends on word-of-mouth marketing — and with digital censorship at an all-time high, we could use your help!

There are many ways you can BE AN EDSE FWB! Scroll down to see your options.

1. The EDSE Sex Educator Certification Referral Program

Refer someone to EDSE’s Sex Educator Certification and we’ll send you up to $150!*

 
 

How it works:

  1. You tell someone about our Sex Educator Certification.

  2. They submit their application and include your name and email address as the person who referred them. Without your name and email, the referral won’t count and you won’t get your cash!

  3. They get accepted and are confirmed for the program.

  4. *If they select the Standard Rate and pay in full when they sign up, we will email you a $150 VISA digital gift card 30 days or less after the program’s start date. If they set up a payment plan, we will email your digital gift card 30 days or less after their final payment is made. Payment plans are 12 months, so this means your referral fee may not arrive until 13 months after the training starts!

    *If they select the Equity Rate and pay in full when they sign up, we will email you a $100 VISA digital gift card within 30 days of the program’s start date. If they set up a payment plan, we will email your digital gift card 30 days or less after their final payment is made. Payment plans are 12 months, so this means your referral fee may not arrive until 13 months after the training starts!

How to get referrals:

  • Link our Sex Educator Certification in your social media bios, email signature, or website.

  • Mention us in your email newsletters or social media posts.

  • Talk about us at conferences or events.

  • Email us a hello@everyonedeservessexed.com to get pamphlets that you can drop off around your school, city, or collective space(s).

  • Send out an email blast or create social media content specifically promoting the certification. (Make sure to include a link in your bio that directs followers to the application!)

  • Are you a student, alumnus, or adjunct at a school for social work, mental health treatment, or a related field? Tell your network!

  • Are you a community advocate or grassroots organizer passionate about sex ed? Tell your people! (No college degree is required to attend our Sex Educator Certification.)

  • Are you a supervisor for AASECT or a similar certifying board? Tell your supervisees about our program.

  • Attending a conference or event? Make talking about EDSE a part of your networking plan.

  • Join our Influencer team! (See below.)

PLEASE NOTE: This program does not apply to referrals that apply for Accessibility Rate tuition or the QTBIPOC scholarship, or utilize a discount code.

 

2. Join the EDSE Influencer Team

Promote EDSE with an even bigger win-win. Earn referral cash while EDSE pays for your conference badges, event tickets — or even your entire trip!

 
 

How it works:

  1. Planning to attend a conference or event and want to make cash while you’re there? Tell new friends and colleagues you meet about EDSE’s Sex Educator Certification and make up to $150* for every confirmed attendee that lists you as their referrer!

  2. Want to attend a conference or event that’s kinda pricey? Fill out this form and tell us all about it. If we think it’s a good fit, we’ll pay for your badge or ticket in exchange for your commitment to attend select networking events and/or gatherings on the schedule. (We’ll make an agreement so all expectations are clear and OK’d by you beforehand!) Plus, you’ll get a referral reward for anyone who’s accepted into our program and lists you as their referrer!

  3. Want to table for us at that pricey conference or event? Fill out this form and tell us why you believe EDSE should have a table there. If we think it’s a good fit, we’ll pay for your badge or ticket in exchange for your commitment to be present at and manage our table during all scheduled hours. (We’ll make an agreement so all expectations are clear and OK’d by you beforehand!) Plus, you’ll get a referral reward for anyone who’s accepted into our program and lists you as their referrer!

  4. Want EDSE to pay for your entire conference or event trip? (Yep, that means travel + hotel + badge/ticket!) If you have made three or more referrals for the Standard Rate within the last 6 months, let’s talk! Fill out this form to get started.
